Sweet little Kate's journey began when a caring community member found her on the street and took her to the clinic for much-needed care. After thriving at the clinic, Kate made her way to the Laws For Paws Vietnam shelter, where she continued to blossom over the two years she spent in our care.

Kate, though initially a bit shy, warms up to people and becomes a loyal best friend. This is just what happened with our dedicated volunteers Jessica and Charlie, who are at the shelter every weekend. After losing their senior dog to old age, they opened their home and hearts to Bunny, a new name for Kate, with whom they had built a special bond over the last two years.

Bunny now enjoys playing hide and seek with her best friend Charlie, relaxing with her new older doggy sister, and going on outings with her family. Bunny even lays in bed next to Charlie until she falls asleep and then moves to her own bed—a true testament to their bond.

Bunny's transformation from a shy street dog to a beloved family member is a beautiful reminder of the difference a loving home can make.
