“As some of you know, I adopted Ollie a couple of months ago. He's been amazing - easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made (after literally 10+ years of contemplating adopting). He used to be a stray, walking the streets with a severe skin infection, but he was rescued and treated by the volunteers at Laws for Paws. He still has some small bald patches, but he’s now 100% infection-free. It's sad to think that if it wasn’t for the volunteers at Laws for Paws, Ollie would still be homeless, or maybe even worse. But this is just one case. Laws for Paws has saved the lives of hundreds of dogs. Some were saved from slaughterhouses, and others were saved after being left abandoned on the street after their family no longer wanted them.”

“Adopting Sunny from Laws for Paws was one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life. I hadn't been considering bringing a dog into my life, but when I came across Sunny's profile on their website, I felt an instant connection. Visiting Laws for Paws, I was impressed by their dedication to animal welfare and the love they showed each animal, as well as the work they put in to train the pets to be better adapted to a life with their new families. Meeting Sunny in person only confirmed my feelings; her adorable eyes and loving character were irresistible. The adoption process was smooth and supportive, with the staff providing all the guidance I needed to ensure a smooth transition for Sunny. Bringing her home, I knew I had made the right decision, as she quickly settled in and brought an abundance of joy and energy to my life.”

“Beany started volunteering at Laws For Paws Vietnam today. Amazing opportunity to meet adorable friends. She learned so much about different breeds, their behaviors and most importantly compassion towards animals. I’ve never had a dog of my own. This is going to be a learning experience for us as a family to have a new member this summer.”

“If it wasn't for this organization, this little guy would'nt have survived. We were very lucky to encounter Laws For Paws! We found Olaf, a little puppy at the beach who was in a very bad condition. Against the odds he pulled through. Elizabeth and her team took care of him. We saw him transform in a happy little dog and fell in love with him! So did Laws For Paws. Above all this they made it possible for us to adopt him and bring him to Belgium. We're forever grateful! Whenever you see a dog in need, please don't turn away. There's always something you can do. Laws for Paws is a true inspiration and makes me believe in a better future for the dogs in Vietnam. You can always support them with funds or volunteer work. They truly deserve all the support they can get.”

“5 years ago Daisy Hazra stumbled upon Royce in a very bad way as a 5 week old pup and managed to get him to Laws for Paws Vietnam where Elizabeth Homfray introduced me to him. 4 years ago we adopted Narla (abbey) from Milan Smets and Jessie Smets also part of Laws for Paws. From death on the streets of HCMC to now living there best lives on the island of Guernsey in the UK . It’s not cheap to get your dogs out of Vietnam and it’s not easy but it’s SO WORTH IT! Seeing so many dogs being left or put up for adoption after being together for 3-5 years I don’t know how people do it. Would you go on holiday with your children and leave them in another country at the age of 3 or 4 so why do it to your pets. Honestly the warmth and the love you get In return from your dogs when they know they have made it is unexplainable and so rewarding that the money side of things don’t matter.”
