When a dog’s life depends on immediate care, we don’t wait.
The Critical Care Fund allows us to approve emergency surgery, trauma care, and life-saving treatment without delay.
Used for urgent, life-saving medical cases only. Updates are shared for every case.
Understanding the Critical Care Fund
-
The Critical Care Fund is a dedicated funding pillar for dogs requiring urgent, high-impact medical treatment.
It supports:
• Emergency surgery
• Orthopedic repair
• Severe infection and trauma
• Intensive treatment such as parvo
• Rehabilitation linked to critical cases
These are not routine treatments. These are cases where immediate action determines survival.
-
Critical medical cases are unpredictable, time-sensitive, and high cost.
Previously, we relied on reactive fundraising for each case. This created delays in treatment decisions and increased pressure during emergencies.
The Critical Care Fund allows us to act immediately without waiting to raise funds first.
-
Every case follows the same structured process:
• A critical case is identified• Treatment is approved immediately
• The fund covers all medical costs
• Treatment begins without delay
• Updates are shared throughout
• Final outcomes are documented
Every case is followed from intake to resolution.
-
• Immediate approval of life-saving treatment
• No delays during critical moments
• Ongoing access to veterinary care
• The ability to prioritise treatment over fundraising
-
For every Critical Care Fund case, we share:
• What happened
• What treatment is required
• What actions are taken
• Progress updates
• Final outcomes
Every case is tracked and communicated from intake to resolution.
-
The Critical Care Fund operates as a continuous reserve.
If funds raised exceed what a case requires, the remaining amount is applied directly to the next critical case, ensuring we can respond immediately to new emergencies.
All usage is tracked and shared through case updates.

Case Archive
-
Beo was rescued with fractures in both hind legs and a dislocated hip. She received her first surgery through the Critical Care Fund. Following some improvement in mobility after surgery, her family made the decision not to proceed with the remaining two surgeries. Our veterinary team fully discussed the long-term implications of this decision with them.
All funds raised for Beo's case - 2,380,000 VND - have been allocated to the Critical Care Fund and will be applied to Case #002.
