My Rescue Tale
Nobody knows how Xa Lo ended up on the side of the Hanoi Highway on a rainy night, alone and with nowhere to go. But one of our volunteers couldn't drive past and leave him there. She stopped, scooped him up, and brought him straight to our clinic. He passed all of his virus tests without a hitch, and from the moment he arrived at the shelter he has been doing brilliantly.
His name says it all. Xa Lo, Vietnamese for highway, a nod to the road where his story took a very different turn. Whatever led him there that night, he is safe now, and he is ready to find the home he deserves. Could that be yours? Message us to find out more.

🌟 Age: Born May 2026
🌟 Breed: Local Vietnamese mix, with a distinctive black face and warm brown body
🌟 Size: Expected to be medium to large when fully grown
🌟 Health: Has started his vaccinations and will be sterilized when old enough
🌟 Training: Making great progress with toilet training, and will begin leash training when he is fully vaccinated.
🌟 Temperament: Playful, sweet, and curious. Xa Lo is young and does require a lot of attention to build his confidence.
🌟 Compatibility: Given his young age, Xa Lo would suit almost any home, with or without children, and with or without other pets. As with all puppies, he will need ongoing training, patient guidance, and a household where he won't be left alone for long hours each day
