Teddy (or Gau Beo means chubby bear in Vietnamese 🐻) is as cuddly and charming as his name suggests. He began life in a less-than-ideal setting; he was found by a security guard and brought to his place of work, a restaurant in District 7. Unfortunately this meant that Teddy spent his days and nights unsupervised near a busy road. While the idea may have been companionship, the reality was far too risky for such a tiny puppy to face the dangers of traffic and city life alone.

Thankfully, Veronica, one of our dedicated fellow rescuers, noticed this and stepped in. After speaking with the guard about the dangers little Teddy faced, she was given permission to take him in and ensure his safety. Now, Teddy is thriving in foster care and dreaming of the day he’ll curl up in his forever home.
