Milu's story began on an ordinary morning walk that turned into something far more meaningful. A woman was out with her own dog when a small puppy started following them, step for step, all the way home. She couldn't leave him on the street, so she brought him inside, then went back along her walking path to ask if anyone knew him or knew where he had come from. Nobody did. Milu was on his own, and she knew she couldn't simply look the other way.

She reached out to us, and Milu found his way to the shelter. From the moment he arrived, this sweet, playful little boy has charmed everyone around him. We have no idea what his life looked like before that morning walk, but we do know that his story from here is going to be a good one.
