Bodhi’s story begins with a moment of compassion. A kind young couple found him in distress and couldn’t walk away. They immediately took action, getting him vaccinated and sterilized. And while they couldn’t keep him long-term due to the needs of their older pets, they made sure he had a safe place to stay at a boarding facility while searching for a better solution.

They reached out to us, knowing that continuing to board him wasn’t sustainable or the life they wanted for him. They saw in him the potential to be someone’s perfect companion - loving, loyal, and full of heart - and simply wanted to give him the best chance at finding a forever family.
