Sanchez’s journey began in heartbreak—abandoned by his previous owner, he was left to fend for himself, wandering the streets confused and scared. But just when things couldn’t seem worse, tragedy struck. Sanchez was hit by a car or motorbike, leaving his back legs severely injured. Vulnerable and weak, he was also attacked by other street dogs, suffering deep wounds in his genital area.

Thankfully, a kind soul found Sanchez and rushed him to our trusted vet clinic, where our team immediately sprang into action to save his life. With critical medical care and his first leg surgery completed, Sanchez began his long road to recovery. After several weeks at the clinic, he was strong enough to take the next step—joining our shelter family.

From the moment he arrived, Sanchez showed nothing but kindness, proving to be one of the gentlest and most loving dogs we have ever met. His resilience and unwavering spirit touched everyone who met him. As he prepared for his second surgery, something extraordinary happened—Sanchez found his forever home.

His new mom, a compassionate and loving Peruvian woman, fell madly in love with him. She patiently waited for his second surgery and played a crucial role in his rehabilitation, ensuring he got the care and love he needed to thrive. Now, Sanchez is living his best life, showered with love and understanding, and finally has the forever family he so deeply deserved.
